Terms & Conditions
1. About DAUNTLESS TRAVELS
DAUNTLESS TRAVELS is the commercial name used by Sofia Cogni, a self-employed travel agency operator based in Tavernes de la Valldigna, Valencia, Spain.

2. Purpose of this website
This website provides information about adventure expeditions and allows visitors to request details or express interest in making a reservation.
Information displayed on the website does not itself constitute a confirmed booking.
3. Reservation enquiries
Submitting a contact or reservation enquiry does not automatically confirm a place on an expedition or create a payment obligation.
DAUNTLESS TRAVELS will contact the traveller separately to discuss availability, expedition details and the next steps for booking.
4. Booking confirmation
Before a traveller makes a binding booking, DAUNTLESS TRAVELS will provide the applicable pre-contractual information and booking conditions, as required by law.
The applicable travel contract will identify the services included, total price, payment arrangements and other relevant conditions.
The point at which a booking becomes binding will be determined by the applicable booking process and contract, subject to mandatory law.
5. Prices and payments
Expedition prices and included services are described in the relevant trip information and confirmed before booking.
Payments are currently arranged separately with DAUNTLESS TRAVELS. This website does not directly process expedition payments.
Any deposits, payment schedules or additional charges will be explained in the applicable booking documentation before the traveller commits to the reservation.
6. Changes and cancellations
Conditions for changing or cancelling a confirmed booking are set out in the applicable travel contract and are subject to mandatory consumer and travel legislation.
Where package travel legislation applies, travellers retain the rights provided under that legislation, including applicable termination and refund protections.
These website terms do not remove or restrict mandatory statutory rights.
7. Expedition information
Adventure travel may involve remote destinations, demanding activities, variable weather and changing local conditions.
Travellers will receive relevant information about the itinerary, included services, practical requirements and known risks before confirming a booking.
Any changes to confirmed travel arrangements will be handled according to the applicable contract and mandatory travel legislation.
8. Travel documents and requirements
Passport, visa, health and other travel requirements may vary according to the destination and traveller's circumstances.
Relevant general information will be communicated as required before booking. Travellers should also verify their individual requirements with the appropriate authorities.
9. Consumer rights
Where an expedition constitutes a package within the meaning of applicable legislation, the traveller benefits from the mandatory protections provided by Spanish and European package travel rules.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Privacy and personal data
Personal information submitted through this website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Applicable law
These website terms are governed by applicable Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and any other applicable legal requirements.
12. Contact
For questions about an expedition, reservation or these conditions, please contact dauntless.travelauthentic@gmail.com.
